1. Use of the Site

This Site provides digital products, coaching services, workshops, and memberships to support spiritual entrepreneurs. You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the content or violate any applicable laws.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, funnels, templates, unique processes, trainings, training material and digital products, are the intellectual property of Michelle Meleo and are protected by copyright.

Design Licenses: Purchases include a non-transferable license for one business use only. Designs may not be resold, repackaged, or used by another business or individual outside of the original purchaser’s business.

3. Payments & Refunds

​Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Square, or PayPal. Due to the nature of digital products and coaching services, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Memberships

​Your membership grants you access to specific digital content, trainings, or workshops for as long as you remain an active, paying member. Access may be revoked for violation of these terms or non-payment.

5. Termination

​We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time for breach of these Terms.
